Are your seeds suitable for beginner gardeners?
Absolutely! We carry varieties for all skill levels, with many of our herb and flower seeds being particularly beginner-friendly. Each seed packet includes detailed growing instructions to help you succeed.
Can I purchase live plants from your shop?
Currently we specialize in gardening tools, seeds, and accessories. Due to international shipping restrictions, we don’t offer live plants at this time.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two convenient options:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 USD, 15-25 business days via EMS
Note: Processing takes 1-2 business days (3 during peak seasons).
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally except some Asian and remote areas. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability. Please note that customs fees may apply for larger items like garden furniture.
How can I track my order of compost bins or garden tools?
For standard shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For EMS shipments, tracking may be limited depending on your location.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions and never store your full payment details on our servers.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently we offer guest checkout, but you’ll receive email updates about your order status. We’re cultivating an account system for future growth!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from receipt for any product that doesn’t meet your expectations (excluding seeds due to agricultural restrictions). Items must be in original condition.
How do I return my outdoor furniture or garden bench?
Please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and may arrange pickup for large items.
What if my compost accessories arrive damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll happily replace the items or issue a refund.
