Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them
- Items must include the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Certain items are non-returnable (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Flower seeds, fruit seeds, and herb seeds (all seed products)
- Fertilizers and compost products
- Opened or used garden tools
These exceptions help us maintain quality standards for all our gardening enthusiasts.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our garden-savvy customer care team will review your request and send you instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item – Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank transfers: 5-10 business days after approval
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, we’ll process the exchange once we receive your return. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
For defective or damaged items, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.
