Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your gardening supplies arrive safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received
  • Items must include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All seed products (flower seeds, fruit seeds, and herb seeds)
  • Fertilizers and compost products
  • Opened or used garden tools

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer care team will review your request and send you instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item – Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the item back – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 business days after approval

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item:

  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
